無鉛手工烙鐵焊工藝須知：

• 烙鐵頭溫度應為370-400℃

• 烙鐵頭功率應為60-80W

• 烙鐵應具有良好的回溫性能

• 烙鐵頭的更換頻率要高於有鉛應用

Process noter for Pb-free iron soldering:

• The temperature of iron tip should be 370'C-400'C

• The iron power should be 60-80W

• The iron should have a good heat-restore performance

• Replacement frequency of iron tip will be higher than Pb-contained application.
